What is DIT?
DIT Information Technology (DIT) is a Saudi company that runs technology for organizations: Device-as-a-Service, infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud, and five Saudi-made products — Riwaak, Tarsiya, NEXA and Moyasar.
What certifications and accreditations does the company hold?
The company holds four ISO certifications — 9001 for quality management, 22301 for business continuity, 14001 for environmental management and 45001 for occupational health and safety — is in the Platinum Nitaqat localization band, and is registered as a service provider with the Communications, Space & Technology Commission.

Platforms and subscriptions
What are DIT's platforms?
Riwaak for sales, CRM and inventory; Tarsiya for AI meeting minutes and decision follow-up; NEXA for smart customer engagement on WhatsApp and the web; and Moyasar for trip, booking and accommodation management.
How do I cancel my platform subscription?
You can cancel before the end of the paid period; cancellation takes effect at its end, your account stays available until then, and you can export your data. Individual consumers have a 7-day right of withdrawal unless they have already used the service.
Payments and invoices
What payment methods are available?
Payments are made against the official invoice issued by DIT, and our team will explain the available payment methods when it's issued.
Do prices include VAT?
No. 15% VAT is added to the displayed prices unless stated otherwise, and it appears separately on the invoice.
Will I get a VAT e-invoice?
Yes. Every transaction gets an e-invoice compliant with ZATCA requirements, carrying the company's VAT number 311628983800003 and a QR code.
How do I get a refund?
Email us at info@dit.sa with the invoice number. Eligible amounts are refunded to the same payment method within 14 business days of approving the request.
Privacy and security
Do you store my card details?
No. DIT neither receives nor stores the card number or security code; card details are entered with a payment provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and certified to PCI DSS.
How do I request a copy or deletion of my data?
Email us at info@dit.sa with the subject "Personal data request". We verify your identity and reply within 30 days, and you may file a complaint with SDAIA if you're not satisfied with the response.
Does the website track me?
No. The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics; your browser only stores the font you choose for the site.
