Use of the website
- You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not to attempt to breach it, disrupt it or harvest its data automatically.
- The content, logos, designs and software belong to DIT or their owners, and may not be copied or used without written permission.
- Client and partner logos are shown with their permission or to indicate the business relationship, and remain the property of their owners.
Prices and offers
- Prices shown in the website's tools are indicative; the binding price is the official written offer or the price shown on the payment page before confirmation.
- Prices are in Saudi riyals, and 15% VAT is added unless stated otherwise.
- An e-invoice compliant with ZATCA requirements is issued for every transaction.
Device-as-a-Service
- The service is governed by the signed contract and its attached service-level agreement; a request made through the website is a preliminary request until the contract is signed.
- Devices remain DIT's property for the whole contract term, and the client undertakes to use them normally and to report any fault or loss.
- The service includes maintenance, replacement and insurance at the agreed level, and does not cover damage caused by deliberate misuse.
- The Device-as-a-Service contract is binding for its full term (24, 36 or 48 months); the client may not terminate it unilaterally or reduce or return devices before it ends, but may pay the remaining subscriptions in full at any time with no fees while the service continues until the end of the term.
- The plan may be upgraded during the contract from the start of the following month without changing the term; downgrading to a lower plan is not allowed before the term ends.
- Each client has a monthly credit limit set by DIT from its bank statement, and the down payment increases if an order exceeds this limit.
- DIT may suspend support, replacement and new requests if payment is 5 days overdue, and lock the devices if the delay reaches 45 days after 10 days' written notice, without wiping the client's data; service resumes within 24 hours of payment.
- At signing, the client pays the setup fee and a down payment of one to two installments deducted from the last installments of the contract, and provides a promissory note via Nafith for the value of the term's subscriptions, and a personal guarantee where applicable.
- Devices are recovered at the end of the contract and securely wiped with documentation, unless the client chooses to renew or buy the device at its residual value.
Platform subscriptions
- Riwaak, Tarsiya, NEXA and Moyasar subscriptions are paid in advance monthly or annually, and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your account remains available until then, and you can export your data.
- Individual consumers have a right of withdrawal within 7 days of contracting unless they have already used the service, in accordance with the E-Commerce Law.
Payment
- Payments are made through a payment provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank, by card (mada, Visa, Mastercard), digital wallets, bank transfer and SADAD.
- Installment payments are subject to the installment provider's approval and terms, and the financing relationship is between you and the provider.
- A transaction is complete when the payment receipt appears and the invoice is issued, and for bank transfers when the amount reaches the company's account.
- If a due payment can't be collected, we may suspend the service after notifying you and giving you a reasonable period to pay.
Refunds
Refundable amounts are returned to the same payment method within 14 business days of approving the refund request; the time it takes to appear in your account may vary by issuing bank.
Liability
We exercise due professional care in providing our services in accordance with the contract and the service-level agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for anything resulting from force majeure or from third-party links and websites, to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy
Processing of your data is subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy published on the website, which form part of these terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will first be settled amicably; failing that, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms and publish the new version with its date on this page; amendments apply to paid subscriptions only from the following period.
